I'd like to nominate one of my agents, Heidi Szabat. Heidi demonstrates outstanding customer service and on many occasions has gone above and beyond to accommodate customer needs - whether it be handling a difficult situation, being called to beta test a newly developed procedure, or coordinating a special charter. Added to her responsibilities as team leader for the past four years, she is able to maintain a very strong leisure clientele, bringing extra revenue to Omega.
